Great Hotel, dinner option with 7$
Very friendly people, reception people are great. Breakfast is exceptional with a big variety of food. There is a cheap dinner option of 7$ for the quests. Also there is a menu option but prices are around 12$. Food portions are very big, and there is a upper bar/restaurant option. Location is good with walking distance to the city center. We came with a tour group.
The manager was so nice. He brought us an extra luggage rack as well as helped us find the restaurant we were looking for. The place was really clean and the breakfast was great! Perfect location. Relaxing spot with attentive service
The hotel is located approximately three minutes from Main Street. It’s a nice quiet area. Checkin and checkout were fast and easy with reception personnel. Our booking included three daily meals. You get fresh juices with all your meals. Room had air conditioner, tv with many channels and a safe box. The bathroom provides hand soap, body soap and shampoo. Beach towels have to be picked up and dropped off from reception. Breakfast is on same side as reception. Lunch and dinner is across the street which has a swimming pool and bar area. It’s all part of same property. There is also a spa for body massages which was a nice feature. A Google link is provided from reception area to make a reservation. We enjoyed our stay.

Tuve la oportunidad de viajar con mi familia en Agosto, puedo decir que las habitaciones son muy amplias, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno fantástico,mucha variedad de panes, fruta, bebida como para aguantar las caminatas del día, y el personal muy amable, queda a 3 cuadras de la avenida Charles Darwin, tiene una piscina muy bonita y un yacuzzi y se está remodelando el área del comedor, definitvamente si regresaría nuevamente a este hote, gracias por todo, nos quedamos enamorados de Santa Cruz

Nice hotel
This was a nice hotel. Bedroom large woth double bed and single. Good size bathroom with good shower. Wifi fine. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. I was in rooms across the road from part that had the pool but was told i could use it as well. Nice seating area outside. Filtered water in rooms and available in front of reception. Great hotel, close to activities, pool
We stayed here two nights with kids. It's a lovely hotel close to restaurants and where most activities start. Rooms are relatively large (we had a double and two twins in our room). Bathroom is small, but all facilities. Like everywhere in Galapagos you can't drink the water or put toilet paper in the toilet. The provide plenty of filtered water and refill your pitcher every day. There's a trash can for toilet paper. Beds are comfy. Wifi like everywhere in Galapagos was slow and mainly useful for text. Staff were wonderful. Great breakfast provided every day including short order cook and not just continental. There's a wonderful pool across the street that's part of the hotel as well. Good hotel
The hotel is located nearer to the Darwin Research Center than the city center (portcan be reach in 10-15min walking distance) and has a medium-sized swimming pool. WiFi was available by the pool and reception, and partially also in the rooms (not very fast but sufficient to quickly check news for example). The staff was friendly but not all conversational in English. The room was spacious, clean, the bed big and the AC working well (no TV). Conveniently, there were electronic outlets on the left and right side of the bed. Two things I didn't appreciate in the room: although clean, the toilet was disgusting as the toilet seat was made of foamed plastic which might have been fluffy to seat on but certainly not the most hygenic option for a toilet. The second thing was that although the building seemed to be of above-average qualitiy in terms of how it was constructed, my room had a small whole in the ceiling's corner which resulted in small geckos hanging on the ceiling. Nice hotel with good location - easy walking distance in town.
A pleasant hotel in a location convenient to walk the main areas of Puerto Ayoro and restaurants. The rooms were a bit "dated", but otherwise clean and comfortable. Since we did so many activities, we really only used the room for showering and sleeping. The breakfast was standard fare for the Galapagos, but still delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There was a pool across the street, but we did not use it as we had activities scheduled every day.

We stayed here 2 nights.The hotel is in a nice area easy walk to restaurants etc.It is clean and have friendly helpfull staff..Also a nice breakfast incl. There is a small courtyard.Also a swimming pool across the street.
